Updated: Nov 10, 2018

The Center for Governance and Sustainability just published its newest issue of the Global Leadership Dialogue series. For this issue, Maria Ivanova interviewed Vincent Biruta who has served as Rwanda’s minister of environment since August 2017. Prior to this, he was the minister of natural resources from 2014 and minister of education from 2011. Previous roles include president of the Rwandan Senate; president of the National Transition Assembly; minister of public works, transport and communication; and minister of health.

You can find this new issue as well as all previous Leadership Dialogues here.
