Put simply, global environmental governance is the design and execution of environmental policy at the global level. It involves a number of actors in numerous localities.

The concept has been criticized for being too abstract and theoretical by some and as too policy oriented by others.

In this section, we present analytical research and publications by the GEG Project and other scholars as well as multimedia treatments of global environmental governance.
